SikaLatex is a high quality emulsion that substantially improves the qualities of cement mortars in applications such as:
- Thin layer patching mortars
- Renders
- Floor screeds
- Concrete repair mortars
- Abrasion resistant linings
- Tile fixing mortars
- Masonry mortars

Sika Latex is simply added to the mixing water to provide the following properties:

Ready for use Sika Latex does not re-emulsify, even under highly alkaline conditions.
