Vendors can use our Vendor Hub, a secure platform where they can upload product images, details, and manage their listings using a unique username and password. Every vendor has their own exclusive access credentials, ensuring complete privacy and data security.

We take business confidentiality seriously and strictly protect the marketing strategies, campaigns, and sensitive information of each vendor. No vendor’s information will be disclosed to others, and we guarantee a secure and trustworthy environment for all our partners.

How Products Are Uploaded to XOL Malta

We offer vendors several flexible options for getting their products onto XOL Malta, accommodating the needs of different business setups. Here are the options:

Various Options to Upload your Products

1. API Integration for Vendors with an Existing E-Commerce Website

If the vendor already has an e-commerce website and manages product uploads, stock levels, and price updates through their internal team, XOL Malta can facilitate the process seamlessly. We offer a REST API integration that allows communication between the vendor’s existing system and XOL Malta. This way, the products will automatically be listed on XOL Malta, keeping stock levels and pricing synchronized without manual intervention.

  • Time-Saving: No need to manually re-enter product information; updates are shared across both platforms.

2. Assistance for Vendors without an E-commerce website

If a vendor does not yet have an e-commerce website but is interested in developing one, XOL Malta can assist in connecting the vendor with reliable third-party companies that specialize in e-commerce development. All XOL Websites including this one, (xolmalta.com) were all developed inhouse together with some other partners who were entrusted to develop specific areas. Since we are focused on our websites to promote various brands and market their products, we are not able to create websites for other vendors.

  • Quotations from Multiple Providers: We will help vendors engage with reputable partners and obtain quotes, allowing them to choose the best value-for-money option.
  • API Integration: Once the vendor’s new website is up and running, we can then use a REST API to integrate their products with XOL Malta, just like in Option 1.

3. Direct Upload to XOL Malta

For vendors who do not have an e-commerce site and do not wish to create one, we offer two further options for uploading their products directly to the XOL Malta platform:

3A. Vendor Uploads Products Directly
Vendors can upload their product images and details directly into XOL Malta’s database through our Vendor Hub. This method allows vendors to retain complete control over their listings, including managing product images, descriptions, pricing, and stock levels.

  • Control: The vendor is responsible for providing accurate and detailed product information.
  • No Additional Charges: The vendor handles all uploads, meaning there are no additional service fees from XOL Malta.

3B. XOL Malta Product Upload Service
For vendors who prefer not to handle product uploads themselves, XOL Malta offers a Product Upload Service at a charge per product. XOL Malta will take care of sourcing product images and relevant details and uploading them to the platform on behalf of the vendor.

Rates vary depending on the complexity of sourcing the product information, but we always aim to keep our services affordable and transparent.
